7Leaves Cafe

Another wonderful boba shop in Garden Grove is 7 Leaves Cafe. They have great classic boba milk tea, and a variety of tea to choose from. On yelp, they have over 560 reviews and they are standing at 4 stars. I would say a must try from 7 Leaves Cafe would be Sea Cream Jasmine Tea. It melts in your mouth and tastes delicious with sweetness! The shop is relatively small, but very clean and organized. The atmosphere is casual with a moderate volume. They also have macarons in many flavors, such as boba flavors. They have taro flavored macarons and coconut! You can always check for discounts and offers on their Facebook account https://www.facebook.com/7LeavesCafe. I would honestly say that it has better teas than other boba shops. Different types of tea instead of milk tea, they have a better quality of taste. I need to go over to 7 Leaves Cafe more often! I hope people would give it a chance because I can guarantee you, that you won't regret it.

Tastea

Red and Green boba For Xmas!
Tastea has over a thousand reviews on yelps with a four stars rating at the Garden Grove location. I usually go to the location in Garden Grove because it's closer to my area. They're drinks are delicious! The sizes of their cups are cute. The sizes are called: , , and Mini. You can order online as well, and they cater for fundraisers, events, parties, and kickbacks. Ordering online makes it convenient because they tend to be busy with lines that stretch outside. Their menu lists from smoothies, coffee, ice tea, slushy, shaved ice, and many more. There is a category called classics which includes milk tea such as Thai tea. They take the originally milk tea and add more flavors to them. Taste now has a small photo booth to take photos on. The design of their boba are really cute, they are often colorful. Most boba shops have boba that are plain brown or black, but Taste boba are made with different colors. For example, during holiday season for winter time, the colors of the boba are green and red. It matches with the Christmas theme.

Here are their hours: Mon-Thu, Sun 10 am - 11 pm; Fri-Sat 10 am - 12 am.

Although the shop is pretty small, it is really popular. It gets pack everyday and always busy on weekends. I enjoy the high energy from the staff. The interior has bright colors such as warm colors, orange and yellow. They are really helpful if you can't chose what kind of drink you want. Overall, I love how cute their boba are and the colorfulness of their drinks. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Lollicup

Lollicup is the first boba shop company that I encountered. It is probably the most popular boba joint because they have many locations. Lollicup is located in two different countries, United States and China. However, they hoping to expand to Europe and the Middle East. Lollicup is famous for their milk tea and coffee. There are a variety of drinks to choose from, but Thai Tea is my favorite from their shop. I used to live in Sacramento and that was the only boba place up there. Now that I moved to socal, there are dozens of different boba shops. But I am certain to always be satisfied with boba from Lollicup. In socal, the Lollicup that I would usually go to are located in Irvine or Garden Grove. The Lollicup in irvine is in a nice area that's pretty close to UCI. It's a short drive from UCI, but its inside Diamond Bar with different restaurants and shops. If you check in to yelp, you'll get 15% off! That's a great deal! They also have a variety of snacks to purchase.
Lollicup in Garden Grove, staff are nice and there are board games for you to play as well. It's relatively clean and they have three sizes to choose from! One its a value size which is 12 oz, and then they have medium and large. Overall the place has a nice vibe to it, very clean and tidy! I love clean so I can be comfortable with my drinks.

Tebo Tebo Lounge

I think the name sounds cute when I first heard of this boba shop, Tebo Tebo Lounge. In fact, it is more like a lounge than a regular boba shop. I love the interior of the shop. The seats are leather seats, booth, and huge mirrors inside the shop. Their bathroom doors are cute, it's decorated with the male or female icon. It has a different type of atmosphere and it's usually busy at night between 9 pm and midnight during Fridays to Sundays. I'm in love with their cute glasses and bottles that they serve their boba drinks in. It's completely different from other boba shops that uses the same type of cups and straws. The names on their menu are creative as well. There are drinks call Laughing Buddha or Pom Pom Peach. Although this place puts their music full volume. The music are really loud which gives the shop a type of "clubbing" atmosphere. They serve food as well, and they are very delicious! Their popcorn chicken and brick toast are explosively good. The prices are a bit pricey than other boba shops, but the drinks aren't too bad.The location is on 15556 Brookhurst St Ste B, Westminster, CA 92683. Tebo Tebo opens from 10am til 1 am on weekdays and Sundays; and 10 am til 2 am from Fridays to Saturdays.
Paris in a Box, one of their many desserts!
